Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

ALPHA Fall / Winter

Refunds will be given on a case by case basis. In order to receive a refund you must reach out to Hockey Ops

ALPHA Scholarship Program

None

Saguaro Cup Classic Tournament

Refunds will not be granted unless there are special circumstances. These will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please reach out to a member of leadership with questions.

ALPHA Summer Hockey Club

None

2025 / 2026 Sub Program

No charge will be made until requested to sub a game. Sub fee is $35 per game.

Spring/Summer Clinics

With the exception of the Stick Time all registrations are donation optional- no refunds will be available on donations submitted with these registrations whether you attend or not.
